Section 01

Introduction & Applicability

tebaj is an online entertainment and gaming platform that provides slots, live casino, sports betting, and various other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. All terms stated on this page constitute a legal agreement between tebaj and its users.

By accessing or using tebaj's website, mobile version, or any related services, you agree to abide by all of the following terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

• One account: Each individual may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person is prohibited and may result in account termination.
• Accurate information: The information you provide at registration must be true, accurate, and complete.

tebaj reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any account, and if false information is provided, the account may be suspended or terminated. A national identity card or other valid identification document may be requested for verification purposes.

Account Management

3.1 Registration & Login

When creating an account at tebaj, you will set a unique username and password. You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Please refrain from sharing or disclosing your password to anyone.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place from your account. If someone uses your account without permission, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Verification Process

Account verification is an important step to ensure security and fair play at tebaj. Identity verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal request or for transactions above a certain amount. If there is a delay in submitting the required documents, the withdrawal process may be placed on hold.

3.3 Closing an Account

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. tebaj also reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for policy violations, suspected fraud, or other reasonable grounds.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at tebaj: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposited funds must come from your own registered payment method — deposits via third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of verification.
• Wagering requirements must be met for bonus-related withdrawals (see Section 05).

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tebaj offers new members a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• ৳12,000 or more deposit → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from bonuses must meet a 25x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers required before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• tebaj reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• If bonus fraud or abuse is suspected, the relevant account will be investigated.
• Certain games or bet types may not contribute toward bonus wagering.

Gaming Rules

6.1 General Game Rules

Each game on tebaj operates under specific rules and conditions. In the event of a loss caused by a server or software error, tebaj reserves the right to cancel that round or offer a replay. In any technical error, server logs will be considered the definitive record.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tebaj platform:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or any artificial assistance.
• Intentionally exploiting game errors or loopholes.
• Claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts (bonus abuse).
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of fraudulent financial transactions.

For any of the above violations, tebaj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

6.3 Fair Play

All games on tebaj are conducted in accordance with fair play principles. Game outcomes are kept impartial using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The platform is secured with SSL encryption, ensuring the safety of players' information and funds.

VIP Program & Rewards

tebaj's VIP program has five tiers that provide additional benefits to regular players. The tiers are:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active play. Additional benefits are available at each tier. tebaj reserves the right to change VIP program terms at any time, and a VIP tier may change if an account becomes inactive.
